Wrapping Up 2021's Season Feeling Grateful
Firstly, we want to say that we appreciate all the submissions we received last year. It was exceptionally difficult to narrow down the diverse and talented works we got from last year. Each and every one of you put so much heart and soul into your work, and it really showed. The pandemic truly threw filmmakers for a loop, but it was amazing to see how people came together to try new things and work around the trials and tribulations.
As we wrap up this final session from 2021 (a little late but better late than never!), we invite you join us on our journey of new changes to the festival. As some of you know, the pandemic gave us some major setbacks. This coming year, we will be moving exclusively to semi-annual online sessions on FilmFreeway. We feel this change will allow us to give you a better, more positive festival experience.
